Starting a business can be stressful. Between managing your day-to-day obligations and bearing ultimate responsibility for the success of your enterprise, the associated stresses can become overwhelming. So much depends on you: at work you need to take care of your clients, products, and contractors/employees; at home you have your family, friends or other situations that demand your time. You likely jump around trying to be everything to everyone.

This constant pull in different directions can drain you, impact your health, your quality of life and your well-being. When you have so much to do, it’s easy to start letting things go or get overwhelmed. When this happens, self-doubt shows up and you may start wondering if you really are good enough to build your own a business?

Putting yourself down never helps; instead, you need to learn to find harmony and balance in your life. Work-Life harmony is soooo important. One of the best ways I know to learn how to manage your stress and take control of your emotions – especially the ones that threaten to overpower you with negativity – is meditation.
