To request a subscription plan change, fill out the information in the form found in the Upgrade or Downgrade link you select below. Click the green Next button and enter your desired credit card information prior to clicking the green Pay Now button to submit your new payment amount.
The date that you submit this new subscription plan payment will become your monthly renewal date going forward. Once your upgrade/downgrade request has been fully processed, you will receive an additional confirmation via email.
P.S. As with all subscriptions, downgrades will take effect at the end of the current subscription cycle, whether that is monthly or annual. Plan changes can only be processed once every 90 days, and a maximum of 4 times throughout the course of a year.
