- Robin maintains Off the Cuff Outlook calendar and sends the Interview invites and acceptance emails
- Deb monitors Questionnaire form submissions, sends Interview prep email, compiles Host Summary sheet, and checks for Admin access on interviewee Facebook page as well as advertising by interviewee
- Sunny conducts interview and afterwards fills in a general topic category in Tracker for that interview and gives the interview a title that Kris will use for file identification and Show Notes description for Podcast
- Kris pulls audio from interview to create podcast file for iTunes, sends to Temi for transcript, and sends direct podcast link and 3 custom images for interviewee to do final publicity about recorded podcast
- Deb sends final Podcast Thank You email to interviewee with podcast link and custom images and reminds then to remove Sunny as Admin access

Hey my friend,
I am writing to ask for your help. Right now, as you very well know, people need support, love, and hope. I believe they also need to be reminded of their own power within … their power to create, choose, and heal. I know I have needed to remind myself of that over these past few weeks, how about you?
So, here’s what I need help with … Shining the LIGHT!
You are a LIGHTWORKER, a CHANGEMAKER, a WAYSHOWER in my eyes … and I want to not only align with those that I feel have an important and powerful message to share … I want to support you in getting it out there.
Two years ago, my team and I put a bunch of energy into starting a podcast. We learned the tools, got it up on iTunes, and I did some interviews … but my heart wasn’t in it … and you could tell. A few months ago, I started getting the itch again, and we put it on our 2020 project list. It was time to BREATHE life into a new and different podcast. I’m still keeping the name, cuz I like it, it’s easy and – to be honest – I don’t have to take the time, energy, and resources to change it all up again.
So, here is my ask – Do you want to join me?
This podcast will be conversational, high energy, enlightening and expansive. It is meant to give people tools to use, ways to adjust their thinking, and open their minds and hearts just a little … or maybe a LOT more.
OFF THE CUFF – Because you never know where we will go …
Here’s what I am asking of YOU in support of the podcast 🙂
- Your amazing participation in one 30-45 minute video interview to air LIVE on both of our Facebook pages – which means I would need Admin rights for a short time in order to get you set up for the broadcast. (This will be Off-the-Cuff, so I have a couple of questions I will ask you, and you will also have the choice to send me up to three questions you would like me to ask you, if you so choose. I want it to be conversational and free flowing.)
- A 100 word or less Bio, as well as a headshot-type image (minimum 300 dpi resolution)
- Share the iTunes link to our recorded Podcast interview on your website and on your social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, and any others (this link will be different than the LIVE interview, as this will be created as audio only, available via Apple iTunes)
My team will provide graphics and copy for you to use. - Share the Off the Cuff podcast in an email to your peeps. Again, content will be sent to you by my team.
I am committed to supporting, inspiring, and connecting with those that are willing to be a CHANGEMAKER in this world – people that are willing to disrupt the narrative that has kept things in the status quo … people that are out there, doing the work, not just talking about it.
It is beyond time to SHINE our LIGHT … and YOU, my friend, have a beautiful LIGHT!
I would like to expand the audience so that more people can see it.
The more that teachers, healers, and speakers come together and work together, the greater the Light that shines through and breaks up the darkness, in whatever form that may be in people’s lives. Of course, us getting together and sharing also means more people will benefit tremendously by learning about you and your work ,and me and my work.

We then ask our guests to please fill out the information in the form at this link at least ONE WEEK prior to the podcast interview, as we need to create materials in preparation for the interview.
Once received, Deb, one of SDJ’s team members, will send you an email with Podcast preparation suggestions as well as images to share on social media and in your emails.

3. Interview Prep Email Template
SUBJECT: Sunny has received all your Interview Prep materials
Hi
Thank you for completing the submission of your Interview materials for your upcoming Off the Cuff podcast. I will prepare a summary of your information for Sunny to have handy during your LIVE broadcast. I will also verify within 48 hours of your interview that Sunny has been granted Editor access on your Facebook page to allow her to get your connection setup for the dual broadcast on interview day. (A PDF with instructions is attached if needed.) An emailed link will be sent from Sunny about 5-10 minutes before the start time. Once connected, you simply type your name into the name field and click Join.
Attached you will find 2 customized share images utilizing your submitted photo. These are sized with the preferred Facebook and Instagram posting dimensions. Remember to share the event details at least twice on social media prior to your interview and tag @SunnyDawnJohnston for FB or @sunnydawn.johnston for IG.
We have created another web page to give you easy access to all our promotional materials as well as some Podcast Lighting and Recording Tips and reminders for the Facebook Access Process and Interview Setup Details as you prepare for your interview.
